Everyone has a different schedule and its important for me that a programme is tailored to gel within your existing routine to ensure you are able to take those first steps towards living a fulfilled lifestyle. 


My coaching programmes are designed to help you rediscover the honest true reflection of yourself and range from 3 - 6 months. 


Everyone would like a quick fix and unfortunately Coaching with Pri doesn't work that way but my programmes are designed to dive deep beneath the surface of the problems you are facing to highlight improvements and changes you can make to your current situation. 


Together we will understand what is really holding you back and also find unique ways to help you build life lasting habits that you'll take with you on your journey.  


Whilst working on your goals you set, I will help you rewire your mindset and reinvigorating your belief systems. 


I am fully aware of the challenges individuals face on a daily basis and working within the corporate world I am aware of the obstacles that come in the way of finding a fulfilment for working professionals across all areas of life.

The structure of the coaching programme will be as follows:

  • Typical sessions will last one hour.

  • A bonus strategy session will be included at the start fo the programme to map out the goals and journey you are about to embark on. 

  • After each session you will be assigned some form homework/self study to further your progress across the duration of the programme.

  • Weekly check-ins will be issued throughout the programme.

  • Every week different predetermined topics and exercises will be issued on the basis of your goals. 

  • Quarterly reviews will be issued to ensure we are still on the same path.
